Welcome to my Website! If you’re looking for a professional, seasoned massage therapist, and holistic practitioner, you’ve come to the right place.

I am trained in a variety of bodywork modalities, techniques, various bodywork adjuncts to support your health and wellness and you can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various services I offer. Most massages and speciality treatments are available in 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions. I also have a list of Massage Therapy Treatment Enhancements (adjuncts) that can be added into any massage therapy session or speciality treatment. These enhancements will increase the therapeutic benefits of your treatment while customizing your session according to your specific needs and health goals.
